Description

We intend to award a contract to Thermo Fisher Scientific, 27 Forge parkway, Franklin, MA 02038 for a DataRAM4000 System Portable Real-Time Aerosal Monitor. Thermo Fisher Scientific has proprietary rights on the design/technology and is the only kno wn source that can meet our requirement. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. This is not a request for quotat ions. No Solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
