- Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source task order for hosting and maintenance of the AF Family Advocacy Program FASOR/FAPNET automated systems to DefenseWeb Technologies, 4120 Mission Blvd., San Diego, CA 92109. The FASOR/FAPNET automated system is utilized by the Air Force Family Advocacy Program (AF FAP) to satisfy mission requirements. The 311 Human Systems Wing/PKBA intends to award a task order by other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(b)(2), Logical Follow-On. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this procurement was made because the incumbent contractor is the software developer and application host, and is the most logical vendor to modernize and assist with transfer to a .mil environment.
