This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-20 which can be viewed at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/reghtml/changes/fac/fac2005-06.htm * Delivery and installation of the following items (Mfg. Tandberg or equal) required to upgrade one (1) each existing Video Teleconference System, Mfg. Tandberg. Software programming and operator training shall be included in the price. * A. Minimum equipment list: * One (1) Tandberg 6000 or higher model** Secure/Non Secure Switch with KIV and PS CIS Secure ISDN Kit for TANDBERG Codec Incl. Dial Isolator, separate Display & all Cables** One (1) IMUX, Adtran Interface ISU512ST (International)** One (1) Audio Mixer** One (1) Amplifier** One (1) Control system, including Relaisswitch** One (1) Touch panel, Wireless infra-red (IR) for secure means. Touch panel must be able to control/switch to the following: secure or unsecure VTC, secure or unsecure slides, mute, volume, and control slides (previous, next)** B. Options to be included in quote: * One (1) Table and one (1) Podium microphone* One (1) year support extension for Adtran* One (1) year support for Tandberg to include free software upgrades iv. One (1) Tandberg SW Option, Multisite* One (1) year on-site service, telephone support and response time 48h during business days Training of entire system after setup* Trade in for 6000 Classic codec with camera* * ************************************************************************************** PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING NOTES: A mandatory site visit will be held on 17 September 2007, 1330 hrs. Meeting Point / Time: Main Gate, U.S. Air Base Spangdahlem, 1300 hrs. Proposals will only be accepted from vendors attending the mandatory site visit. Vendors wanting to attend the mandatory site visit shall contact Lt Amanda DeLancey, ext. 06565-61-9514 or Ms Ulla Heck, 52 CONS/LGCB, ext. 06565-61-9522 not later than 17 September 2007, 1000 hrs. ************************************************************************************** Vendors submitting a quotation shall be able to meet the response time of 48 hours in case of system malfunctions during the warranty period. **************************************************************************************** This solicitation is intended only for local sources in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.202(a)(12). Local sources are those sources normally resident, licensed and registered to conduct business in Germany. Offers from non-local sources will not be considered under this solicitatilon. **************************************************************************************** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.
