- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head, Md. (NSWCIH)intends to award a Sole Source commerical purchase order to National Instruments . The procurement consist of PXI Adaption Instruments to perform various testing and integratable to NSWCIH current ?Labview? software proprietary to National Instruments. The applicable North American Industrial classification System (NIACS) code is 334516. The FSC code is 6525. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1). See Note 22.
