- Description
- This modification is to solicitation W9124Q-07-R-ELECTRICPROBE. Due to system generated errors the quantities and specifications are being re-posted. The Electromagnetic Radiation Effects (EMRE) facility, White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico has a requirement for eight (8) Electric Field Probes, with a range of 100 KHz-6GHz , eight (8) Electric Field Probes, with a range of 10 MHz 40 GHz and e ight (8) Probe Interfaces. The successful offeror would provide Electric field probes that meets or exceeds the performance requirements and be evaluated in the order of technically acceptable low price. The technical requirements are as follows: The field probes must be laser powered and conform to the two specification tables given below. (8) Electric Field Probes, 100 kHz 6 GHz Sensor Type Electric Field Detection Isotropic (X,Y,Z axis readings) Dynamic Range 0.5 800 V/m (greater than 64 dB, single range) Resolution 0.01 V/m Readout Units V/m, V2/m2, mW/cm2 Frequency Response 100 kHz 6 GHz Accuracy plus or minus 1 dB from 26 MHz 2 GHz, plus or minus 0.5 dB at calibration frequencies Isotropic Deviation plus or minus 0.5 dB at 400 MHz Linearity plus or minus 0.5 dB of reading Sample Rate greater than 70/second Optical Interface Duplex Fiber (62.5 micron multimode), FC connectors Operating Range 10 degr ees C to 40 degrees C, 5 percent 95 percent Relative Humidity, Non-Condensing (8) Electric Field Probes, 10 MHz 40 GHz Sensor Type Electric Field Detection Isotropic (X,Y,Z axis readings) Dynamic Range 2.0 800 Volts per meter (V/m) Frequency Response 10 MHz 18 GHz plus or minus 2.5 dB, 18 GHz 40 GHz plus 2.0 dB /minus 4.0 dB Isotropic Deviation plus or minus 1 dB Linearity plus or minus 0.5 d B of reading Optical Interface Duplex Fiber : FC for laser ST for transmitter Operating Range 10 degrees C to 40 degrees C (50 degree F to 104 degrees F) 5 percent to 95 percent relative humidity, non-condensing (8) Probe Interfaces Probe interface must be a broadband electric and magnetic field probe monitor designed for use in radio frequency interference/electromagnetic compatibility (RFI/EMC) test system applications. It must accept inputs from at least four isotropic field probes and analyze that information for display on a user configurable LCD display or laptop. It must provide digital interfaces for IEEE-488 and RS-232. The probes must also meet testing to MIL-STD464A and MIL-STD461E radiated susceptibility requirements. Mus t provide appropriate fiber optic cable assembly. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19 dated 17 Aug 2007. This requirement is a Small Business Set Aside. The applicable NAIC code is 334515 standard size 500 em ployees. Proposals shall be FOB destination, and inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. Payment will be made by Visa credit card. Company must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/) before an award can be made. A Firm Fixed Price contract award will be made to the technically acceptable, low price offeror that meets all listed specification and can deliver all listed quantities listed above. Contractor wishing to submit a proposal must submit clear and c onvincing evidence that they meet all the capabilities and specifications.
