- Description: This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes a Request for Quotation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation number F3H3D17242A003 is issued as a request for quotation. Quotes must be good for 60 days. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 45110. The business size standard is 6.5 million. Offutt AFB intends to issue a Brand Name Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following two items; (1) six (6) Life Fitness 97Ti Treadmill (4HP AC-HR) 97T-0100-07 and (2) ten (10) Life Fitness 95Xi Cross Trainer 95X-0000-04. All quotations should include Freight and Installation Costs. THIS RFQ IS CURRENTLY UNFUNDED. Government intends to issue one contract.The government will not accept partial quotations. CONTRACTOR MUST BE REGISTERED IN CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) PRIOR TO AWARD. IF NOT ALREADY REGISTERED IN CCR, GO TO WWW.CCR.GOV TO REGISTER PRIOR TO SUBMITTING QUOTE.
