Description

The Wiesbaden Contracting Center seeks competitive offers for an internal wireless communications platform that provides hands-free instant voice communication throughout the existing wireless network on the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC) c ampus. LRMC is located in Landstuhl Kirchberg, Germany. Proposed solutions must be compatible with and integrate into existing Cisco wireless network architecture. Requirement is to provide hardware, software/licenses, installation and support services, and training. Anticipated period of performance is 28 September 2007 through 27 September 2008. Hardware may include communication devices, extended life batteries, single- and multi-bay chargers and miscellaneous hardware. Software consists of 300 use r licenses, digital telephony and reports server licenses, and premier support for all licenses. This is a commercial procurement under Far Part 12. Request for Quotation (RFW) W912CM-07-T-0212 will be issued on or about 18 September 2007 and quotes will be due not later than 25 September 2007. RFQ will be available at ASFI and the WCC Bidboard at http://www.usacce.army.mil/wcc/VENDOR/BidBoard.htm. RFQ will be available only in electronic format  no paper copies will be issued.
