Description

This posting constitutes the U.S. Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to JT Packard, 275 Investment Court, Verona, MI 53593, to provide the UPS equipment, installation, support and maintenance to upgr ade to the computer network of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. The estimated award amount is $52,000.00. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source a nd no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable NAICS Code is 335311 and the size standard is 750. See Numbered Note 22. Insert 3 days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. This is not a request for quotation or a solicitatio n for offers. There will be no solicitation available.
