- The VA Network 22 Logistic Office intends to negotiate a sole source procurement (VA 664-07-4-562-0002 ) in accordance with Far Part 13 with Vietnam Veterans of San Diego under authority of Far 6.302-1. This procurement is for mental health services for veterans who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless and who are diagnosed with a serious mental illness. VVSD has specialized experience treating homeless veterans with substance dependence and serious mental health disorders. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements by submitting their request in writing with complete name, address, telephone and fax numbers, and a point of contact. The Government will consider all quotes received by 12:00 PM, September 24, 2007. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
