- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award an order to MicroPact Engineering for the acquisition of the iComplaints Quality Report Management (QRM) software module. This module will be added to the IRS' i-trak System's EEO/iComplaints Module for the annual 462 Report to Equal Employment Opportunity Commissioner (EEOC) as required by 29 Code of Federal Regulations 1614 (effective November 9, 1999). Vendors who can provide the required product at prices, terms and conditions equal to or better than those which can be provided by MicroPact should submit clear and convincing data in writing substantiating an ability to furnish this requirement. Any vendor wishing to respond to this offer must also provide clear and convincing evidence that his products and services are compatible with the existing software products currently supplied by MicroPact for the IRS. Responses to this notice must be received by this office by 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 21, 2007. Any responses should be sent to: Internal Revenue Service, National Office Procurement, 6009 Oxon Hill Road, Room 500, Oxon Hill, MD 20745, Attn: Leona M. Brown, OS:A:P:I:F:B. Responses will also be accepted by facsimile at (202)283-7031 and by e-mail to leona.m.brown@irs.gov. All responses must arrive at the place and by the time specified in this synopsis and may not exceed 5 pages. No solicitation document exists for this requirement. Requests for same will be considered non-responsive. The reference number for this announcement is TIRNO-07-Q-00150. If no compelling responses are received, award will be made to MicroPact Engineering.
