Description

This posting constitutes the U.S. Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to Audio Video Corporation, 213 Broadway, Albany, NY 12204, involving a complete upgrade of A/V router and Crestron control system, to include equipment, rewiring, installation, support and maintenance of system in the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership. The estimated award amount is $27,540.00. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S .C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable NAICS Code is 423690 and the size standard is 100. See Numbered Note 22. Insert 3 days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. This is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers. There will be no solicitation available.
