Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W31P4Q-07-T-0608 is being issued as a request for quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16. CLIN 0001 will be issued for one high speed digitizer system with the following requirements: Number of Channels(at least 2 channels at 4 GHz sample rate);Sample Rate(at least 4GS/sec.);Resolution(at least 10 bits); Dead Time between sequential acquisitions(less than 1 microsecond); Data Transfer to Host(at least 400 MB/sec during acquistion);Input Impedance(50ohm); Full Scale Range(adjustable 50 mV to 5V). Anticipated award i s to be made to Agilent Technolgies Inc.,Englewwood, CO 80155-4433. The place of delivery, acceptance and FOB point is U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, 35898. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be c onsidered by the Agency, if received by September 24, 2007 noon, local time. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be issued on Standard Form 1449 and will contain all clauses required by law, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and the Defense Fed eral Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) as appropriate for the dollar value of the award. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial; Clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, Offerors Must Inclu de a Completed Copy With the Offer or be registered in the On-Line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, are applicable to this acquisition. Offer is due not later than 12:00 noon, Local Time, September 24, 2007 in the contracting office, Building 5400, Room B148, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, 35898-5250.
