- Description
- Request for Information: Subject to availability of funds, The Department of the Treasury?s Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD), on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement with PWC Product Sales for TeamMate license, maintenance, and support renewals. The renewal of the license provides continuity in related products, upgrades, support, and maintenance to DHS. No other known source has access to this license. The Government intends to award for a base year and three option years. No solicitation document is available. The Bureau of the Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than September 21, 2007. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the requirement, at terms more advantageous to the Government. A request for more information will not be considered an affirmative response. If no affirmative written response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements, and is more advantageous to the Government, we intend to proceed with the sole-source award for base year and three option years to PWC Product Sales. Upon written request, a copy of Sole Source Justification will be provided. Electronic submissions, in response to the RFI, shall be sent to the attention of Marlene Sheridan and emailed to psb3@bpd.treas.gov. Electronic submissions must be received no later than September 21, 2007, 1pm ET. Please note that an RFQ document is not available at this time. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all person on the mailing list. Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the FedBizOpps site for all information relevant to desired acquisitions. If the Internet option is not available to you, you may receive a hard copy of the solicitation and any amendments (via U.S. Mail) by faxing your request to (304) 480-7204 or e-mailing your request to bpd3@bpd.treas.gov.
