Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format is Subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the reference number is 7TC472. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-20 and DFARS change notice 20070906. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set aside. The NAICS code is 333415. The size standard is 750 employees. The offeror must quote on an all or none basis, state discount terms, and warranty information. The contractor shall provide the following items: Item 0001: QTY ? 1 EA. UPGRADE THE INTERIOR OF LACKLAND AFB DISTINGUISHED VISITOR SURREY BUS IN ACCORDANCE WITH (IAW) THE STATEMENT OF WORK. NOTE: PLEASE CONTACT TSGT THOMAS HOLGUIN TO RECEIVE A COPY OF THE STATEMENT OF WORK AND APPLICABLE WAGE DETERMINATION. VENDOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO TRANSPORT SURREY TO AND FROM FACILITIES. VENDOR SHALL ASSUME ALL LIABILITY WHILE VEHICLE IS IN THEIR POSSESSION. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this RFQ, contractors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, no exceptions. To register, please visit http://www.ccr.gov. If 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items have been completed online at http://orca.bpn.gov provide DUNS code. Please include Payment Terms, FOB Destination, Availability, and how long it will take to completely install items.
