- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is request for quote (RFQ) number SP4410-07-Q-1039. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19. This is a small business set-aside; NAICS code 423130 applies. The size standard is 100 employees. All pricing is FOB destination to the port in Norfolk, Virginia. The tires must be delivered to the destination within forty (40) days after award. The actual Norfolk shipping address will be provided after contract award. The following contract line items (CLINs) apply.
