- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Basis for award Award shall be sole sourced to Incident Control System, LLC. The United States Army Tank and Automotive Research, Development and Engineering Center (TARDEC) in Warren, Michigan has a requirement for the following retainers as described, part numbers and quantities: VENDOR SHALL SUPPLY THE FOLLOWING: 11 pieces of composite armor system, color black, 24 x 24 . The system will include 4 mounting holes, with washers, bushings and bolts. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (19-SEP-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
