- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation W912L1-07-R-5058 - request for storage containers - is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) which incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 14 Effective 28 June 2007. Reference number W912L1-07-R-5058 must be mentioned in your response. This is a total small business set-aside acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System code for this synopsis/solicitation is 423840 and the associated small business size standard is 100 employees. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is not applicable. The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration; FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offe rors - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items , Alternate I; FAR 52.212-4- Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5- Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Ex ecutive Orders-Commercial Items Deviation; FAR 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside. All offers shall include a completed written copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4 Contract Te rms and Conditions Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executives Orders Commercial Items; DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items; DFARS 252.204-7 001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items; DFARS 252.207-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration. Responses should include company letterhead and must include the following information: Reference Number, DUNS Number, CAGE Code, Payment Terms and discount offered for prompt payment if applicable. In addition, the contractor must provide all documents a s detailed in the solicitation. Additional information: be advised that all interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database in order to receive an award.
