Description

Please note: This office will not be accepting proposals. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is Title III of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (41 U.S.C. 251, et seq.) and Title 40 U.S.C. 501, Services for Executive Agencies. The FAR citation is 8.4 05-6(b) (1) and the FAR citation title is limited sources justification and approval. Only one source is capable of responding due to the unique or specialized nature of the work. The proposed contractor for this action is the incumbent, Intellidyne. In tellidyne currently is the only contractor able to provide these services immediately (without a minimum of a 2 month transition period). Provides for services, facilities and miscellaneous material to provide Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) for the OASD (HA) and TMA. The extent of the IT support services required includes, but is not limited to, operating and maintaining the entire OASD/(HA)/TMA network infrastructure with associated network support including local and remote access, providing office automation support, managing video teleconferencing services, providing customer support, conducting training, maintaining the TMA web-site, maintaining an inventory of IT assts, and controlling document versions. The contractor supports the OASD (HA) and TMA personnel at multiple locations to include the Pentagon, Falls Church, TMA Aurora, TRO-North, TRO-South, and TRO-West. T he estimated cost for this sole source six month bridge totals $9,460,836.43. This estimate was derived through the rates proposed for the preceding logical follow on. The preceding logical follow on rates were augmented with a 3.8% inflation factor. Aga in, this office will not be accepting any proposals.
