Description: This is a sole source requirement to Adsystech, Inc.(cage code: 0GTL1) in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only one source will satisfy agency requirements. Adsystech Inc is the proprietary owner of CTMS software. Software must be compatible with the ADsystech CTMS software version 1.5. Since Adsystech is the only vendor with proprietary source code and has maintained this software since 1999, market research as revealed that it is cost prohibitive at this juncture to develop a new software package to fulfill this requirement.
