- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is WC1SZV7263N360. (iii) This RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18 (July 5,2007). (iv) This procurement is restricted to small businesses and the applicable NAICS is 423910 (v) This RFQ contains EIGHT (8) line itemS. Price quoted must include shipping FOB destination.
