- Description
- The Naval Media Center, Washington DC has a requirement to procure office furniture. The Navy intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order under the authority of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition 337211. Request for Quotation (RFQ) number N49872-07-Q-0215 will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities webpage at the NECO website as follows: http://www.neco.navy.mil by 3:30 PM EST on 24 September 2007. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the RFQ and any subsequent amendments will ONLY be available for download at the above site. This office will no longer issue hard copies the RFQ. By submission of a quote, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any order resulting from this RFQ. Failure to register in the CCR database will deem a contractor ineligible for award. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov.
