- The HUD Philadelphia Contracting Operations Branch intends to procure closing agent services for the northern section of New Jersey; the performance period is one year with options for three additional years. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be made available on or after October 16, 2007; all interested parties should submit a written request for the RFP to the above address or a facsimile request to (215) 656-3453, attn: Elisa Weise. Telephone requests will not be accepted. HUD posts all required notices of its contracting opportunities on its Internet Home Page Contracting Opportunities site at http://www.hud.gov/offices/cpo/contract.cfm. NOTE: THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOADING NO EARLIER THAN 7 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF ITS PUBLICATION.
