Description
The United States Government seeks to lease office space of approximately 5,692 Rentable Square Feet or 4,950 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (OASF) of contiguous space in Daytona Beach, FL. The space shall be within the following Delineated Area (Map Attached): LPGA Boulevard to North Clyde Morris Boulevard to Mason Avenue in the North including Seabreeze Boulevard to North Atlantic Avenue to the East; East Orange Avenue to Nova Road to Dunn Avenue to Williamson Boulevard to the South; and I-95 to the West. The proposed lease term is for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm and must be fully serviced. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Space shall be located on an attractively landscaped site containing one or more modern office buildings that are professional in appearance with the surrounding development well-maintained and in consonance with a professional image. A build to suit site will be considered with the same requirements. Contiguous space is required. Preference is to occupy contiguous space on the 2nd floor of a building, however 1st floor space will be considered. A minimum of seven (7) secured parking spaces are required for Government vehicles. Enough additional parking must be provided on-site to meet current code requirements. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 1, 2008. All expressions of interest by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building?s ownership. Sub-leases are not acceptable.
