Description: General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 24,150 rentable square feet to produce between 21,000 and 23,000 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of space within the City limits of El Paso, TX, for Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection, Office of Internal Affairs. Ground floor space is not acceptable. The Government also requires 22 secure parking spaces with capability of increasing to 35 secure parking spaces.
