- Description
- This is a solicitation for commercial items. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) #BLS-07-37 in accordance to FAR Part 13, NTE $15,322.50. (1) New York Times-Qty 5 copies on Saturdays. (2). New York Times-Qty 10 copies each day Monday thru Friday. (3). New York Times-Qty 5 copies on Sundays. (4). USA Today-Qty 1 copy each day Monday thru Friday. (5) WS Journal-Qty 23 copies each day Monday thru Friday. The period of performance is from 10/24/07 thru 10/23/08. Delivery shall be a 45 day ARP, FOB Destination. Ship to: BLS Procurement Office, 2 Massachusetts Ave, N.E. (First Street by Union Station) Washington, DC 20212. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting quotations. The government will consider all quotes received within the 7 days after the publication of this synopsis. The purchasing activity is not responsible for locating or securing any information which is no identified in the quotation and reasonably available to the purchasing activity. All quotes shall be e-mailed to gantt.joan@bls.gov., no later then 1:00p.m. EDT 10/11/07. If your response is not received by the date/time specified in the announcement, it will not be considered. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed through the FedBizOpps (FBO) site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Fax proposals are also encouraged and must state name, address, and solicitation number.
