- Description
- This procurement is for a Battery Assembly, Lithium, NSN 6135-01-223-3869 which is identified by ILSC Holdings LC (CAGE 1NFM4) part number 7567380-011. A shelf life of 60 months applies. RFP will cover requirements for a firm-fixed price Indefinite Quantity Contract with a one year base period and four one year option periods. The estimated annual quantity is 7 each. Requirement will be solicited FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination, and a required delivery of 96 days ARO. DSCR does not currently have an approved Technical Data Package available for this NSN. This requirement is unrestricted under the negotiated method of procurement. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. No Internet Quotes will be accepted for this solicitation.
