Description

The Government is interested in leasing approximately 13,000 rentable square feet. The rentable space must yield approximately 10,440, + or - 5%, ANSI/BOMA office and related space. There is also a requirement for 15 fenced parking spaces for government vehicles, 10 visitor parking spaces and parking for 40 employees. Acceptable locations must be within the following area: Along Highway 101 between Highway 150 exit (Carpinteria) and the Hollister Avenue exit (Goleta West); within two miles south of Highway 101 and four miles north of Highway 101 in California. Space must be available April 1, 2009. The term of the lease will be for one ten year term with the right to terminate the lease at any time after the first five years with 90 days notice. If you own or control existing space, provide the property address, rentable square footage and BOMA usable square feet to Judy Reddin, Lease Contracting Officer. This survey is not to be construed as an invitation for firm proposals or offers. The survey is solely for the purpose of determining if existing space may be available or can be made available within the stated availability time. If the results of this market survey are favorable, a Solicitation for Offers will be issued with an estimated date of January 2008.
