- Description
- This has been revised to an UNRESTRICTED acquisition for Hand Cleaner, (pre-moistened towelette), for use in the new Unitized Group Ration Express (UGR-E). This product is for delivery to DD Tracy, CA. The closing date of this solicitation has been extended to October 16, 2007, 3:00 PM, Local Philadelphia Time. The proposed acquisition has a one year base period with no option years. The minimum quantity is 1,020,000 bags (18 per bag) of hand cleaners and the maximum quantity is 2,040,000 bags (18 per bag) of hand cleaners. Due to the particular urgency of this acquisition, the Government intends to give award consideration only to those offeror(s) that have in past, either: (1) Successfully performed with respect to this item on similar acquisitions; or (2) Submitted an acceptable Product Demonstration Model (PDM); or (3) Successfully passed First Article Test (FAT) with respect to this item. Any other offeror(s) proposal will be evaluated for future acquisitions of this item.
