Description

This posting consitutes the United States Military Acaemy's notice to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to IEEE, 445 Hoes Lane, Piscataway, NJ 08855-1331, to provide the Academy a one year contract for on-line subscription service for IE T online subscriptions available only via IEEE's website. Award amount is estimated to be $65,990.00. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS code is 519120 and the size standard is $6.5 million. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualificat ions to perform the effort in writing to the designated representative within four (4) calendar days of the date of this notice via e-mail to Jules.Martin1@us.army.mil. See Numbered note 22. Insert 4 days in lieu of 45 days. A determination by the Gover nment not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
