Description: This synopsis shall serve as the Office of Administration, Procurement and Contract Management Office's, notice of intent to issue an order to the Bureau of National Affairs (BNA) for a web-based subscription to "Daily Report for Executives." The subscription will cover the period of October 1, 2007 to September 30, 2008, with two (2) one-year options. This is considered a sole-source procurement because "Daily Report for Executives" is a proprietary and copyrighted product of BNA. A solicitation does not exist and responses are not anticipated.
