Description

This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract for installing and/or replacing deteriorated concrete elements in various areas in Fort Buchanan Family Housing Quarters, Army Reserve Centers, and Department of Defense School System Facilities (DDESS) in Puerto Rico. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for the removal of debris, excavation, backfilling, reshaping and resurfacing of concrete element areas, rei nforced concrete head walls, catch basins, stairs and posts in order to produce adequate finish work. Specific construction details will be provided with each delivery order. The Solicitation is issued unrestricted. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is Z222. The Standard Classification (SIC) is 1611. The North American Industry Classification System is 237310 and the associated business size is 31 million. The magnitude of the project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. Vendors must be actively re gistered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The CCR website is: www.ccr.gov. The Invitation for Bid package will be available at http://www.buchanan.army.mil on or about 30 October 2007.
