Description

Modification to Pre-solicitation Notice. 1) Project title is corrected to read Advanced Individual Training (AIT) & Basic Training (BT) Barracks instead of Advanced Initiative Training. 2) Deletion: After Scope of Work Unaccompanied Enlisted Personn el Housing (UEPH) delete the words - or other similar facilities. 3) Addition: After the sentence  To meet the minimum guarantee, the Government anticipates awarding the initial task at time of contract award unless funds are not available to award. - Add - The construction magnitude for the initial task will be $25 million to $100 million. 4) Deletion: Delete entire sentence - Once the contracts under this solicitation are awarded and there is duplicative coverage for this facility type in the same re gion, any requirement less than $15 million will be evaluated first for advertisement under any set-aside or pool of contracts prior. 5) Change total of months  Periods of twelve (12) months each, for a total not to exceed contract period of 36 months, i nstead of 48 months. 6) Change  The maximum combination of orders is $95,000,000. 7) Change of dates: Estimated solicitation issue date is changed to on or about 17 October 2007. Phase 1 Proposals are anticipated to be due on or about 26 November 2007.
