Description

This is a Stewardship project. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to enter into a contract for the Lambert Creek Stewardship project to perform services to achieve land management goals for public lands that meet local and rural community needs. The Lambert Creek Stewardship Project is located in north central Ferry County, Spokane District, Washington. The project will be a 5 year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract. Items of work include: 50 acres of pre-commercial thinning, cut piled and burned or masticated, 300 acres of unmechantable undertstory trees, 440 acres of commercial thinning, 300 acres of potential tonwood (merchantable) trees, 400 acres of potential biomass from precommercial and commercial thinning, as well as Road Construction and Renovation. This solicitation will be posted electronically. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is October 30, 2007.
