Description

IQC7242009007, NSN 1660-01-113-8383, Receptacle Assembly. The approved sources are Cage 53655 Avox Systems Inc and cage 60240 Gentex Corporation, part number 834-25-2. The Contracting Officer is: Arla Allen, phone is 804-279-6133. This is an unrestricted procurement, utilizing other than full and open Competition. Est. Issue Date: Nov 6, 2007 with Est. Closing Date, Dec 7, 2007. This is a Life Support Equipment and critical application item. Government First Article Testing is required and Configuration Control applies. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection, and Acceptance at Origin, 90 days. Surge and Sustainment is not required. The quantity is estimated annual quantity 1,377 each. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
