Description

Repair consists of: cleaning & Inspection, parts & labor to replace air compressor, parts & labor to repair engine front crank seal linking at the Hyd Pump drive shaft, inspection of articulation for excessive looseness. Transportation to repair shop from Fort Huachuca and return to Fort Huachuca is to be included. Arrangements may be made with Mr. Rick Lehman (520) 533-5704 OR John Arce (520) 533-2256 to inspect the Caterpillar between 17 Oct 2007 TO 23 Oct 2007 between the hours of 7:00 am TO 2:00 pm. Awarded Purchase Order will be a fixed price purchase order. Any additional costs discovered upon disassembly and inspection during repair process will not be authorized until issuance of a modification to the purchase or der.
