Description

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest for secured parking with a garage type enclosed structure that can provide the Government with 70 to 75 self-park type parking spaces (not valet type). Any parking structure offered must be able to accommodate a minimum height of 14 feet in order to allow for the passage of oversized vehicles into the structure. The majority of the parking spaces offered must be within an enclosed structure with the remaining spaces to be provided in an adjacent outside environment. The entire offered premises must be within a secured type area (fencing and gates are to be provided for any outside parking). The offered parking must be located within the Borough of Manhattan below 59th Street with a preference for parking located on the west side of Manhattan. The proposed lease term is for a five (5) year firm-term period with two (2) option terms of five (5) years each (exercisable at the sole discretion of the Government), and subject to early termination by the Government during the option terms. All responses received by COB on October 24, 2007 will be considered by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action, based upon responses to this notice, is solely at the discretion of the Government.
