Description

The Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled (Committee), the Federal agency that oversees the AbilityOne formerly Javits-Wagner-.O Day (JWOD) Program, is seeking a commercial manufacturer of Spring Powered Staplers, to partner with a selected nonprofit agency to furnish such products to the Federal Government under the AbilityOne Program. The products described must utilize the spring powered technology that allows stapling of 2?20, 2-25, and 2-60 sheets depending on model with a minimum of 70% less effort than standard commercial staplers. The successful partner must offer a line of staplers to satisfy this light, medium, heavy duty, offering; and meet and/or exceed the FAR and other published Federal standards, including Executive Orders and applicable agency-unique requirements.
