- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W911S2-08-T-0011 is issued as a Request for Quote. The North American Industry Classification System is 721110 with a business size standard is $6.5 million. This procurement is set-aside for small business. RFQ will be evaluated on availability and price. CLIN 0001 Rooms - double occupancy lodging for 35 couples and their children for the nights of 14 DEC 07 and 15 DEC 07 Note: Federal Government is tax-exempt. CLIN 0002 Meals for 70 adults and 20 children: Formal dinner on Friday 14 DEC 07 Breakfast, AM snack, lunch, PM snack, dinner Saturday 15 DEC 07 Breakfast, AM snack, lunch Sunday 16 DEC07 Note: Include gratuity in meal pricing and specify ages for childrens meals. CLIN 0003 Conference room to seat 70 adults needed 8am to 5pm on 15 DEC 07 and 8am to 11am 16 DEC 07 CLIN 0004 Child Care rooms for Fri, Sat and Sun. Note: Fort Drum will supply child care providers. CLIN 0005 Contractor must report manhours in accordance with htpps://contractormanpower.army.pentagon.mil. Reporting must be done prior to invoicing. . This RFQ document incorporates Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provisions and clauses current through Federal Acquisition Circular number 2005-19, effective 17 SEP 2007.
