Description

THIS IS A SYNOPSIS/PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The solicitation will not be released until on or about 13 November 2007. Letterkenny Army Depot has a requirement for the successful offeror to provide all services, labor, facilities, material, parts , tools and equipment to remanufacture kubota diesel engines. This will require the successful offeror to replace missing and nonrepairable engine components for kubota diesel engine and to perform engine requalification, P/N D722-TB-11 (NSN 2815-01-456-6 955) and P/N D722-TB-10 (NSN2815-01-494-7123), to Original Equipment Manufacturer Standards (OEM). This engine is part of a Generator Set. The Contractor must have experience in the remanufacture of the Kubota engine within the last two years. The perio d of performance is for a twelve month period (12)and four(4)twelve month options (if exercised). The NAICS code is 333618 and the SIC code is 3621. All respondents shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR),have a valid DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax Identification Number.
