- This amendment extends the closing date and time of the sysnopsis; changes the synopsis from full and open competition to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside; and amends changes the quantities stated in the original syn opsis for the items below: This request for quote for an Agilent Spectrum Analyzer is now set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. CLIN 0001AD is changed from one to three Agilent 8490D Coaxial fixed attenuators DC-50 GHz. CLIN 0001 AH is changed from one to two Agilent 11904S 2.4 mm to K adapter sets, complete. The due date for quotes is extended from 3:00pm central standard time (CST) 30 October 2007 to 12:00 noon 2 November 2007. All other elements of the solicitation W31P4Q-08-Q -0001 are unchanged.
