The services provided by the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) program include, but will not be limited to the receipt of bankruptcy case related data in electronic format, production of bankruptcy notices, distribution of notices through the United States Postal Service or by electronic transmission, using the most cost efficient, timely and effective manner, and to provide program related reports to the AO and Bankruptcy Courts.
