- This notice is to serve as a pre-solicitation notice for an upcoming solicitation for artificial limbs and related services for the Oklahoma City VA Medical Center, 921 N.E. 13th Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Contract period is anticipated to be January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008, with four (4) options years extending contract annually until December 31, 2012, if exercised by the government. It is VA's intention to solicit proposals and award multiple contracts on a competitive basis to preferred providers within the VA Medical Center's (VAMC) jurisdiction under the authority of Title 38 U.S.C. Section 8123. The NAICS code for this procurement is 339113; size standard is 500 employees. The actual solicitation will be posted on or about Nov 9, 2007 under solicitation number VA-256-08-RP-0037. This acquisition is being set-aside 60% as a Small Business Set-Aside.
