Description

To all recipients of the Prospectus, WHIS001-08, to operate marina services, boat and related equipment rentals, slip rentals, and moorage within Whiskeytown National Recreation Area. Modification #3 is being issued to extend the solicitation period for CC-WHIS001-08. Any offer, including that of the existing Concessioner, must be received by the Concessions Program Manager, National Park Service, Pacific West Region, 1111 Jackson Street, Suite 700, Oakland, California 94607 no later than 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on November 29, 2007. Please see the website, http://concessions.nps.gov/news.cfm, for a copy of the Prospectus, or contact Darby Watson at (510) 817-1365 or darby_watson@nps.gov. There is a printing cost recovery charge of $50 per copy to be delievered via Federal Express or $40 per copy if picked up in person. Checks or money orders (no cash or credit accepted) must be payable to the National Park Service; and you must include a business address (no post office box) to receive a Federal Express package.
