Description

DESC: The item to procure is a Filter, Coalescing I, NSN 4240-01-537-2512, Part Number F31-02AHS. Requirements are for a 3-year Requirements type contract with an estimated maximum contract quantity of 3,000 each. FOB is destination. For use on t he Joint Biological Point Detection System (JBPDS). Estimated issue date is 14 Nov 07. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.30 2-1. The intended source is Parker-Hannifin Corporation, 9 Cutts Road, Kittery, ME 03904-5567. This solicitation does not have a Technical Data Package (TDP). This announcement is for subcontracting purposes only. This solicitation will be issued elec tronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aa is/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upo n any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued.
