Description: Request for Information: Subject to final approval, The Department of the Treasury?s Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD), on behalf of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau?s Advertising, Labeling and Formulation Division (ALFD), intends to make an award for research services providing an annual listing of existing advertisements, and digital submission to TTB of said list (in part). The Government intends to award a contract for a base period of one year plus four option years, renewed annually.
