- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Far Part 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation HSCG38-07-Q-610017 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 541330 with a small business size standard of $4.5 Million. Engineering Services in support of the C130J Aircraft Project Office are required. Positions include, but are not limited to, Program Manager/Senior Technical Analyst; Avionics Engineering Analyst; Aviation Technical Writing and Technical Analyst; Senior Graphics Specialist; Graphics Specialist; Senior Engineering Consultant; Aviation Life Support and Survival Equipment Analyst; Ground Maintenance Support Administrator. A Statement of Work (SOW) is available and can be found at: http://www.uscg.mil/hq/arsc/contracting/hc130j/c-130J.htm. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Requirements Contract. Award will be made to the offeror proposing the best value to the Government considering technical capability, past performance, and price as stated in the SOW. This solicitation is a small business set-aside, Numbered Note 1 is applicable. All responsible sources may submit a proposal. Mailing address is USCG C-130J Aircraft Project Office, Attn: Dorothy J.
