Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes ar e being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W81K02-08-R-0016 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The NAICS code for this procurement is 334516 and the SIC Code is 3826. All prospective offerors must be actively reg istered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Offers may register online at https://www.ccr.gov. The Pacific Regional Contracting Office at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii intends to award a contract for the purchase of medical supplies of va rious quantities for the Department of Pathology-Transfusion Medicine. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. The solicitation is available on ASFI and the following website: https//acquisition.army.mil.
