Description: The Pacific Regional Contracting Office (PRCO) at Tripler AMC, Hawaii intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Beckman Coulter Inc, 11800 SW 147th Avenue, Miami, FL 33196 for annual medical maintenance of a MAXM Automated Flow Cytometer with Autoloader (Blood Cell Counter). This requirement is for a period of performance from 01 January 2008 through 30 September 2008 (Base & Four Option Periods). Required services include but are not limited to (1) Labor, parts, material, travel, equipmen t and unlimited emergency services necessary to maintain the listed equipment in accordance with MFG specifications, (2) One Preventive Maintenance (PM) visit every 12 months, (3) Providing and installing mandatory software upgrades (4) Troubleshooting ass istance by telephonic support or on-site as requested. PRCO intends to solicit and negotiate only with Beckman Coulter, Inc under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1).
