The equipment will be installed in the Aviation Records Building (ARB) cafeteria, currently under renovation, at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City, OK. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed-price type contract will be awarded to fulfill this requirement. This market survey is to request information that will enable the FAA to make a screening decision to determine qualified firms that have the ability to provide this equipment. The FAA reserves the right to add incumbent contractors and/or other sources which meet the criteria and have performed satisfactorily on previous procurements. Accordingly, it has been determined that only firms meeting the following minimum requirements will be solicited: Responses are solicited only from small business concerns. If the results of the market survey determine a sufficient number of Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB/8a) are capable of providing this equipment, the requirement will be set-aside exclusively for SEDB small businesses. If adequate response is not received from small or SEDB small businesses, this requirement will be advertised for full-and-open competition. (1) To be considered the contractor must be classified as a small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 333319 - 500 employees.
