- DUE TO THE URGENCY OF THIS REQUIREMENT, THE RESPONSE DATE IS HEREBY CHANGED TO NOVEMBER 02, 2007. NSN 1290-01-484-9752, Panel, Control, Elect. Manufacturer's Code and P/N - 10237 P//N 136578-5. Quantity 122 EA, Destination - DLA Stock. Delivery Schedule - 90 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). Approved sources are: Cadillac Gage Textron Inc. (10237) P/N 136578-5. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
